Brown Chiropractic Center respects every individual's right to privacy.


Collection and Use of Personal Information
We collect information from you solely as needed to operate our business.

We use your information to contact you in the following circumstances:

  • Communicate regarding the status of your account
  • Mail or Email monthly invoices if applicable
  • Notify you of upgrades, changes in service or pricing
  • Address technical support or other issues requested by you
  • Occassionally to solicit feedback regarding your satisfaction with our services



  • We do not send emails to non-customers unless solicted by them.

    In general, we do not share any information entered into the system by you, your customers, staff or other users to whom you have granted access to your account in the normal course of business. The only time information may be shared with third parties is as needed to collect payment, as required by law or regulation, where our records indicate that fraudulent or harmful activity has occurred, or where our Terms and Conditions Agreement have been violated.

    Security
    While we curently only take payment through our local office, if in the future we expand to allow you the convience to purchace and or pay online the following will be in effect.
    Your credit card information is transmitted securely over the internet using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You can verify the use of SSL by ensuring that the security icon appears in your browser when entering sensitive information.

    IP Address Tracking

    Brown Chiropractic Center reserves the right to track IP addresses and to block any IP address that is determined to be a source of abuse to our systems.

    Invoices

    We do not mail our invoices. We may email you an advise each month once your credit card has been charged, in addition you may receive a notification from your group health care provider.
